What to do when you have too many Audible credits

I currently have 4 credits on Audible and I don’t expect to use them anytime soon. I’m still working through several books including Hillary Clinton’s never-ending What Happened.

I don’t want to cancel my Audible membership because then I’ll lose my credits.

Instead I put my membership on hold. You can put your membership on hold once every 12 months, and you can put it on hold for 1 to 3 months. So I put it on hold for 3 months. Voila. Problem solved!

Oh, I didn’t know you could do that (put your membership on hold). I’m always on the fence re: audible books. In theory, I love them, but I don’t commute and am not in my car often enough to enjoy. Buuuuut, there are some that I’d love to hear spoken aloud…

Good to know! I buy a year membership so I get 12 credits at one time, but if I get to the end of the year and have too many remaining, I will just put my membership on hold. Thanks for the tip!

I love Audible, but agree with you, it’s best for nonfiction (specifically autobiographies read by the author).
