    I know how it feels to be outbid; it’s happened to me multiple times as well. There is that right house for you, and you will find it. New homes are coming on the market all the time.

    In the meantime, you are wise not to remove contingencies. That can lead to financial disaster, stress, and heartbreak. The last thing you need right now is a regrettable mistake in real estate.
