I force myself to be a light packer which is the complete opposite of Dean. Whenever we’re done packing, he’ll still have a small pile of toiletries or socks set aside and I know I’ll need to put them in my luggage since I always have extra room.
I’m determined to only pack a carry-on for our 10 day trip to the UK. In my mind, I see a few leggings, a few long-sleeved tops, a few sweaters, 2 dresses, socks, and a scarf. It’s not hard. I’m bringing two shoes: boots for the daytime and boots with a heel for going out at night.
For those of you women who have small feet, consider buying kids. My size 5 in women’s translates to a 3 in kids. Checkout these super comfortable, all weather boots I picked up from Amazon for $35. They come in a rainbow of colors.
