Unshackled

The hubby is away for two nights on business and I am loving the loner life. It’s so nice to be able to fart around the house, leave the dishes in the sink (Dean washes everything immediately.), and read in complete silence without the TV distracting me in the background. Conversely, there’s no one to cook for me, no one to make sure I get to bed on time, and no one to slam my ice-cold fingers and toes into when I burrow into bed. Ambien, tonight I’m coming for you.
