I used to love strapless dresses, but most of mine fall right off of me. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars trying to get them altered just right, but no one even comes close. The seamstresses measure, pin, tell me to come back in a week, but still the dresses don’t fit. I don’t know if they think they need to give me a little more wiggle room or what. I even heave in when I’m getting measured. What a waste of money.
They all say the same thing, “I used to have your figure. Long time ago.” Duh, almost all Asians have the same broomstick look.
So I’ve come up with a solution to add strong, bold, ribbon straps like the Herve Leger bandage dresses.
