At this age, I don’t remember what I did on my previous birthdays. Probably the one that stands out the most was four years ago when I turned 32. I rented a limo with eight of my friends and we got totally silly driving around wine country. When we got home, Marc donned one of my wigs and lip-synced to Hillary Duff. So funny. I also remember renting a house with my bridal party and playing Celebrity and Taboo into the wee hours. I love shit like that.
On my birthday this year, eight of us packed tightly into a sedan and roamed around Sonoma and Napa for the day. I had a really good time eating and drinking with my friends. We picnicked at Nicholson Ranch where the resident dog must have known I was the birthday girl. Either that or he was attracted to my bright orange dress and bedazzled sunglasses. He kept dropping the slimy tennis ball down on my lap for me to throw. Dean has a picture of me and the doggie (I need to get that from him), but for now…here are some shots throughout the day from my camera.
What a fun day. Hilarious pic of everyone sleeping, although I’m pretty sure that dean is faking it! I need to send you my photos.
Yeah, who smiles like that when they’re sleeping? Dean must be faking. The best picture is Andy passed out on the floor at home! We felt just like that.
Love the pics and the glasses, Cath! Looks like a perfect way to celebrate 36! Xo
Thanks Care. Call me! I miss you!
