Health Kick Day Five

The worst thing I consumed over the course of this week was something from a vending machine. I was at Sea Bowl last night. No bowling for this handicapped girl. Just hanging out, having fun, and catching up with friends. After three greyhounds, I became ravenous. The joint serves hamburgers, hot dogs, and pizza. Kinda sad when the healthiest thing to eat is in the vending machine. I opted for a bag of Chex Mex. Finger-licking good.

Besides that one slip (which really wasn’t a slip, but the best of bad choices), I don’t have the crap cravings I used to have. I think that’s pretty good. I also lost 2.6 pounds which is unnecessary, but inspiration for anyone who wants to lose weight. Stop eating Kit Kats, Funyuns, and super burritos with extra guacamole and sour cream please!

It’s also been a super-stressful week. I’m still sick; the green icky in my chest won’t go away. And I’ve got a broken back. Easier to dismiss food when you’re focused on other things.
