3 Minute Meals

tunaSpeaking of food, I have a food product to recommend. I usually get on these kicks of eating the same thing for long periods of time. Remember when I ate Lean Cuisine spaghetti with meat sauce ad nauseum? Now we frequent Trader Joe’s over Safeway or Lucky’s. Or is it Albertson’s? Anywho…love Trader Joe’s for all of their quick and easy meals (i.e., microwaving). Have you noticed that their newsletter is just a bunch of descriptions of their products. No recipes.

Here’s what I’m currently eating–tuna in red panang curry sauce. You don’t even have to freeze it. It comes in these slim boxed packages. They’re stocked in our cupboards and I keep a handful of them at work. The food is in a pouch. You can eat it cold or warm it up for a minute in the microwave. I put it on a bed of lettuce or over rice. So yummy and very easy. Voila! Lunch or dinner in a few minutes. Take that, Rachel Ray!
