I’m an All American Girl

IMG_4157who loves all american food.  One more post before bed.  Enough about people and sundowners and happy hours.  Checkout my last meal before I left NYC to come home.

Shack-Cago Dog: steamed poppy seed bun, premium Vienna all-beef dog with natural casing, freshly-cut tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, pickles, vibrant sport peppers, yellow mustard, celery salt, and Shake Shack relish.

Custard: red velvet was the flavor of the day which is my favorite!  “Frozen custard is what happens when soft serve shacks up with premium ice-cream.”

Fries: you know how much I love French Fries!

This is the very popular Shake Shack that completely lives up to the hype. The burger looks like an In-n-Out imposter.  If I lived or worked near an In-n-Out…every day, baby! I would be there every fucking day.  Since I really did not want to be disappointed (because how can you compete with the best burger in the world?), I opted instead for the hot dog which totally delivered.  It was so good I considered getting a second one. Mind you, this was after I’d already chowed down on the fries and licked the red velvet custard cup clean.

I vow to dine at the Shake Shack each time I go to NYC.  It’s that good!
