Email Gem

This is a nugget worth posting.  For all you single people who think your life sucks, join the friggin club.  Misery loves company, right?

Here’s a snippet from an email sent to a single friend of mine who is hotter than Hades.  This guy is tall, very good-looking, comes from money, and does venture capital. He’s no dummy.  Sure he’s a little rough around the edges, but he’s the complete package and I love him as a friend.  Anyhow, he’s been telling me about this girl he’s dating who he really likes.  So much so that he tells me he sees major potential.  She’s pretty, smart, has good Catholic values.

Those are ring-buying signals, people!

Here is a snippet from her final email to him.

“…my gut tells me that you lack the compassion and the generosity of heart that is so important in the people I hold close.”

OUCHIE!  Oh my God I almost peed in my pants when I read that.  Who says shit like that?  If you don’t have something good to say, don’t say it!
