We went to two of my favorite SF restaurants this weekend and I have to document what we ate so you understand how good their menus are.

Oyster shot: cucumber, cocktail sauce and horseradish
Crab tower: dungeness crab meat with avocado, cucumber, tomato, basil and red wine vinaigrette
Tonno puttanesca: herb crusted tuna in a spicy tomato sauce and soffritto
Risotto al calamari: squid ink risotto with calamari
Oola
Fresh ahi tuna with chimichurri: hearts of palm, fingerling potato chips, and radishes
All natural baby back ribs: cilantro, ginger and soy glazed with a red cabbage-apple sauce
Foie gras and chicken ravioli: roasted chicken and truffle broth
Slow cooked coffee cardamom marinated confit of duck: cinnamon-port wine sauce with roasted pears and potato
