A Letter to Barry Diller

I just wanted to write vignettes–short personal essays centered around dating and my miserable love life that I could get published in newspapers and magazines.  But now I want to write a book. I searched online.  I wanted to find a memoir of a girl who met her soul mate on Match.com. There’s got to be one out there, right?  How many of us are using, have used, know someone who was on that site?  They have so many success stories, but I don’t think there’s a book on it.  I want to be that person.  Match.com is owned by IAC.  I’m thinking of sending a proposal to the Chairman and CEO.  Dear Barry Diller, I met my soul mate on Match.com…
