Two of my friends eloped this past weekend. Just a few hours back from their trip, they asked me to come over to share the good news. The bride gave me her bouquet. I thought it was a joke. Don’t brides hang their bouquets upside-down preserving their color and bloom as a lifetime keepsake? I couldn’t believe she gave it to me. Most bouquets that are thrown at weddings are a secondary bouquet now-a-days. The bride usually keeps her own. But the one they gave me was the actual bouquet. I was honored. Apparently, I have good luck now! Here is the email I sent them tonight.
