I don’t run consistently anymore. I don’t even think I run once a week. I think the last time I went for a run was a couple weeks ago when I was mad at the world. I can run forever, just keep going for an hour at a fast clip to sweat the anger out of my system.
I tried to be good today with my eating.
breakfast – oatmeal
lunch – lean cuisine
snack – M&M cookie from the cafe
snack – fritos from the vending machine
dinner – lean cuisine
dessert – ice cream
I’m on the rag so it’s extremely difficult. One of the handful of nutritionists I saw told me that women burn more calories when they’re menstruating so it’s ok to eat more. I wish she hadn’t told me that. In my head, it leads me to stray from eating well. I’m considering passing this week and starting the diet this weekend. Those twice-fried french fries are calling out to me!
