Misunderstanding

I know I’m not the sharpest tool in the shed, but sometimes I am a real ditz.

I read the following headline when I was scanning the news today:
‘Crack discovered in shuttle foam.’

I thought, “Oh my God, astronauts are trying to hide crack cocaine in the work place. What will they think of next?” I continued to think this until I read a modified headline several minutes later.

‘Crack in shuttle foam may delay launch.’

“Oh, crack. Like a simple crack. Not crack cocaine. ” I’m an idiot.
