Bay to Breakers

No, I didn’t run it naked again. That was a one-time occurrence.

My friends Brian and Leslie came up with the novel theme, “Walk of Shame.” I haven’t downloaded my pictures, so I took this from their Ofoto album. Don’t they look awesome? I looked a lot like Leslie–mascara running down my eyes, smeared lipstick–but I pinned a condom to the back of my ratted out hair. It was really funny.

I went to a salon the day before and got my hair done. When I explained to the salon owner that I was dressing up for a “Walk of Shame” theme, he was so excited he practically did my hair for free.

We couldn’t get through the starting line with our cooler of goods so we had to do some cunning reconnaissance through an alleyway to join the parade of revelers. I loved the flip-cup competition on wheels, Plinko, and the Mona Lisa.

Good times, good times. The Bay to Breakers is always a lot of fun. I’ll post my pictures once I get them downloaded.
