Beware the Ides of March

IMG_3379In high school, we also celebrated the Ides of March. Sadly, I don’t really understand why we were studying Roman history in Honors English.  Can someone enlighten me? I’m sorry.  It’s been decades!

All hail!  Our very creative, unique invitations arrived today. Please ignore the ghetto address labels.  I figure no one really cares about the envelope.  Why spend money hiring a calligrapher or wasting time on making the envelopes presentable?  As long as they get to where they need to go, right?  It’s kind of like underpromising and overdelivering because you’ll be in for a treat once you discard the tacky envelope. Let me know what you think.

We spent an hour today after work, affixing the labels and postage.  We are so pleased with how they turned out!  Invitations coming soon!
